What a Landscape Maintenance Program Actually Does for You
You put real time and money into your landscape. Maybe it’s a full redesign, a new patio and planting plan, or a property you’ve been building up for years. Whatever it is, keeping it looking that way takes steady, ongoing work.
Plants need pruning. Beds need mulch. Irrigation needs adjusting as the seasons change. Storms leave branches and debris behind. Small problems, like a dying plant or a broken sprinkler head, turn into bigger ones if nobody catches them. Doing all of that yourself can turn your yard into a second job.
That’s what our maintenance program is for.
Built around your property, not a package
We don’t sell a one-size-fits-all maintenance plan. Every property is different, so we price maintenance by project, based on what your landscape actually needs. A small residential yard and a large winery property have very different needs, and it wouldn’t make sense to treat them the same. Our crews visit based on what needs to get done. For most residential homes, that’s a visit of a couple of hours. Larger properties get the time they require. This approach means you’re paying for the work your landscape needs, not for a list of services that may or may not apply to you.
What gets taken care of
Regular maintenance covers the ongoing care that keeps a landscape healthy year-round, from lawn upkeep and seasonal adjustments to keeping beds clean and finished. Pruning and storm cleanup are usually included as part of the maintenance work, so when a winter storm brings down branches or leaves a mess, it’s handled as part of your regular service. We also refresh mulch on the properties we maintain two to three times per year, using organic mulch that keeps soil healthy and beds looking sharp.
Easy to work with
Our maintenance clients tell us one of the best parts is how simple it is to get things done.
You have a point of contact. Juan, our maintenance manager, is there for any questions about your service.
Adding work is easy. If you want something extra done, Juan or Scott can communicate with the crews and add it to the schedule.
Weather doesn’t leave you hanging. If a visit gets cancelled because of bad weather, contact Iggy, our project manager, and he’ll get a crew back out to your property as soon as possible.
Spotting a problem is easy to report. See a dead plant, a broken fence, or an area that needs cleaning? Take a photo and email it with a short description to info@scottandersonlandscaping.com. We’ll pass it along to the crew. It’s flexible. If you need to suspend your service for a while, Juan or Iggy can help with that.
A second set of eyes
Maintenance isn’t just about mowing and trimming. It’s also about having experienced people on your property regularly who know what to look for.
Our crews are trained to be observant: to notice what’s missing, what’s starting to struggle, and what might become a problem down the road. Catching a failing irrigation line or a stressed plant early is a lot cheaper and easier than dealing with it after it gets worse.
